Acorn Health in Ashburn, VA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join as Clinical Director, expanding access to care in the Washington DC Metro area. You will lead clinical teams across BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs and drive service, quality, and growth initiatives.

The role involves managing day-to-day clinical operations, developing treatment plans, and ensuring adherence to policies. Strong leadership, communication, and data skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field required.
• Active BCBA certification and leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills and data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of key service, quality and growth initiatives.
• Manage day-to-day operations of all services, including staffing.
• Execute clinical policies and procedures.
• Promote a therapeutic environment and incorporate client input into plans.
• Provide clinical management to BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs.
• Handle supervisee performance issues with data reviews.
• Conduct staff and caregiver trainings and stay current with literature.
• Complete annual performance evaluations for clinicians.
• Maintain a reduced clinical caseload and participate in hiring.
• Coordinate with HR and admin teams for records and payer relations.
• Attend required regional meetings.
