Job summary
Acorn Health is seeking a BCBA Program Supervisor in Chantilly, VA to lead client treatment from assessment through care delivery within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team. The role focuses on developing and overseeing BIPs and Treatment Plans, supervising technicians, and ensuring data-driven adjustments to programs for children and families served by Acorn Health.
The ideal candidate holds a BCBA certification, a Master’s in ABA or related field, and experience with autism treatment.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in ABA or related field.
- Active BCBA certification.
- Knowledge of best practices in autism treatment.
- Experience with children and families.
Responsibilities
- Oversee client treatment from assessment through care delivery.
- Conduct initial and follow-up functional, behavioral and developmental assessments.
- Develop, oversee and implement client’s BIPs and Treatment Plans.
- Serve as the clinical lead on client cases, supervising Behavior Technicians.
- Monitor and review client programs to analyze data and adjust treatment plans.
- Provide training on interventions to staff as needed.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and clinicians to implement interventions.
