Job summary

Acorn Health is seeking a BCBA Program Supervisor in Chantilly, VA to lead client treatment from assessment through care delivery within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team. The role focuses on developing and overseeing BIPs and Treatment Plans, supervising technicians, and ensuring data-driven adjustments to programs for children and families served by Acorn Health.

The ideal candidate holds a BCBA certification, a Master’s in ABA or related field, and experience with autism treatment.

Master's degree in ABA or related field.
Active BCBA certification.
Knowledge of best practices in autism treatment.
Experience with children and families.

Responsibilities

Oversee client treatment from assessment through care delivery.
Conduct initial and follow-up functional, behavioral and developmental assessments.
Develop, oversee and implement client’s BIPs and Treatment Plans.
Serve as the clinical lead on client cases, supervising Behavior Technicians.
Monitor and review client programs to analyze data and adjust treatment plans.
Provide training on interventions to staff as needed.
Collaborate with families, schools, and clinicians to implement interventions.
