Acorn Health is seeking a BCBA Program Supervisor to oversee client treatment across clinical centers, homes, and community settings in the Washington DC metro area, including Ashburn. The role offers three days in clinic and two days remote, with opportunities to collaborate with a Clinical Advisory Board.

The ideal candidate holds a BCBA certification, a Master’s degree in ABA or related field, and a track record in autism treatment and family engagement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field is required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Knowledge of best practices in autism treatment preferred.
• Experience working with children and families strongly preferred.
• Must communicate effectively in English; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee client treatment from assessment through care delivery.
• Conduct initial and follow-up functional, behavioral and developmental assessments.
• Develop, oversee and implement client’s BIPs and Treatment Plans.
• Serve as clinical lead on client cases and supervise Behavior Technicians.
• Monitor and review client programs to analyze data and update treatment plans as needed.
• Provide training on interventions to staff as needed.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and clinicians to implement best practices.
• Promote ASD awareness and ABA through training and presentations.
