BCBA Clinical Director (Hybrid) – $100,000–$120,000/year

Airborne ABA is expanding into Minnesota—and we’re looking for a passionate, driven BCBA Clinical Director to lead the charge.

About The Role

• Conduct assessments and create individualized ABA treatment plans
• Supervise RBTs and provide clinical oversight
• Ensure quality of care across client caseloads
• Collaborate with company leadership to grow and manage local operations
• Help shape the clinical culture and best practices in Minnesota
  
  

Qualifications

• BCBA certification (required)
• Eligible for Minnesota licensure
• Passion for working with children and families
• Strong communication and team-building skills
