The Regional Director of Clinical Services (RDCS) at Bloomwell Autism Therapy is responsible for ensuring clinical excellence, administrative efficiency, team development, and delivering superior ABA services across their region. The RDCS monitors KPIs related to clinical quality and efficiency for their clinics.

The RDCS manages a region of 5-6 clinics across multiple states, with at least 50% travel required. The RDCS must reside in one of the regions they serve.

How You Will Support Our Clinics

• Oversee growth and development of clinics.
• Evaluate BCBA and Clinical Director performance, provide feedback, and participate in evaluations.
• Support and mentor Clinical Directors and teammates.
• Ensure policy adherence.
• Participate in Clinical Director and BCBA hiring processes.
• Visit clinics regularly for support and guidance.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing.
• Minimum 4 years of BCBA experience.
• Leadership experience.
• Background check clearance.
• State license if required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to travel between clinics in multiple states.
• Reside in Minneapolis/St. Paul, Raleigh/Durham, or Omaha/Lincoln regions.

Salary Range: $110,000 - $125,000 annually
