ARE YOU THE DIRECTOR OF BEHAVIORAL SERVICES OUR TEAM NEEDS?

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• D. or master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or a related field (or equivalent experience with BACB supervision eligibility)
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) strongly preferred
• 5+ years of post-graduate experience leading behavior intervention programs, including work with individuals with severe behaviors, trauma histories, and multiple disabilities
• Experience leading, supervising, and developing high-performing clinical teams
• Reliable transportation
