Job summary

Shrewsbury Public Schools is seeking a Long-Term Substitute Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Clinical Coordinator to oversee supports at Oak and Sherwood Middle Schools. The role runs August 2026 through January 2027, with a daily rate of $280 and no benefits eligibility.

The ideal candidate will hold MA DESE Special Education licensure (Severe/Moderate), BCBA licensure, and have experience supporting students with autism in a public-school setting.

Qualifications

• Experience applying behavioral strategies in public schools.
• Strong collaboration with educators, families, and support staff.
• Ability to implement research-based practices in district settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical consultation for a caseload of students district-wide.
• Conduct behavioral, skill, functional, and home assessments to guide programming.
• Train paraprofessionals and collaborate with specialists on behavior plans.
• Support Student Wellbeing Teams and participate in IEP meetings as needed.
• Develop and refine data collection and reliability protocols for practices.
