Job summary

The Triton Regional School District is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as a long-term substitute at Pine Grove Elementary in Rowley from September 2026 through January 2027. The role involves collaborating with general education teachers, related service providers, and families to support student growth, independence, and meaningful access to the school environment.

Qualifications

Must hold BCBA certification and a master's degree in a relevant field.
Experience working with students with developmental disorders, autism, or emotional/behavioral disorders.
Familiarity with Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks and Assessment System.

Responsibilities

Provide ABA/PBIS services and consultation to elementary students.
Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments and write ABA programming.
Assess performance via continuous data collection and adjust programs accordingly.
Train staff in implementing programming and oversee home programming.
Guide development of district programs and support curriculum adaptation.
Manage behavioral crisis situations with modeled interventions and crisis plans.
Collaborate with teachers, service providers, and families to support student goals.
