Independent Contract – Student Service (BCBA), full‑time under 90 days, start April 2026, estimated end June 2026.

Responsibilities

• Write Functional Behavior Assessments and Behavioral Evaluations.
• Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Work with school‑aged students (PK‑12+) with a wide range of disabilities.
• Apply knowledge of developmental norms, DESE Curriculum Guidelines, and evidence‑based interventions.
• Collect and analyze data to inform student progress.
• Provide regular reports to stakeholders, including writing and implementing IEP goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with educators and service providers to promote positive student outcomes.
• Communicate effectively in both written and oral formats.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA endorsement.
• Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, or Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Experience in school or educational settings.
• Experience writing Functional Behavior Assessments, Behavioral Evaluations, and Behavior Intervention Plans.
