Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst with active certification.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.

• Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing ABA treatment plans.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and data-based decision making.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments including FBAs and ongoing evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized BIPs and ABA treatment programs.
• Analyze data to evaluate progress and adjust treatment plan.
• Supervise and train RBTs/BTs and provide clinical support.
• Observe clients and supervise sessions per clinical requirements.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals.
