Tom Trese Networking LLC seeks a compassionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Davenport, Iowa team. You will assess client needs, develop and oversee individualized ABA programs, and provide clinical guidance to ensure high-quality services.

The ideal candidate has BCBA certification, a Master’s degree in a related field, and experience with FBAs, BIPs, and data-driven treatment adjustments, working collaboratively with families and clinicians to support

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• State licensure where required.
• Experience conducting assessments and ABA treatment plans.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and behavior reduction.

Responsabilités

• Conduct FBA, skills assessments, and ongoing evaluations.
• Develop and monitor BIPs and ABA treatment plans.
• Analyze data to evaluate progress and adjust treatment.
• Provide supervision and training to RBTs and BTs.
• Conduct client observations and supervision sessions.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals.
