Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Davenport, Iowa. The qualified candidate will assess client needs, design and oversee ABA treatment plans, and guide clinical staff to deliver high-quality services.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing is required.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education or related field.
• Current state licensure where required by state law.
• Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing ABA treatment plans.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavior reduction, and skill acquisition programming.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments including FBAs and skills assessments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized BIPs and ABA programs.
• Analyze data to evaluate progress and modify treatment as needed.
• Provide supervision and clinical support to RBTs and BTs.
• Observe clients regularly and supervise sessions per requirements.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals.
