Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing is required.
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, special education, or a related field.
• Current state licensure where required.
• Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing ABA treatment plans.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavior reduction strategies, and skill-acquisition programming.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments including FBAs and ongoing evaluations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized BIPs and ABA treatment programs.
• Analyze data to evaluate progress and modify treatment as needed.
• Provide supervision, training, and clinical support to RBTs, BTs, and direct-care staff.
• Conduct regular client observations and supervision sessions.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals.
