Ability Builders ABA Co in Tarpon Springs, FL is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a collaborative clinical team serving children with autism. The role involves diagnostic evaluations, ABA-based treatment planning, and ongoing family support in a warm clinic environment.

The ideal candidate will have a BCBA certification, strong ABA expertise, and a compassionate, ethical approach to child-centered care.

Qualificações

• BCBA certification required.
• Proficiency in ABA techniques and methodologies.
• Experience working with individuals with autism.

• Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess behavioral needs and plan interventions.
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized ABA-based intervention plans.
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families for holistic care.
• Provide staff training on behavior management and best practices.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records of progress and outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date with ABA research and clinical advancements.
• Advocate for clients in schools and community settings.
• Oversee clinical operations at the New Port Richey location.
• Supervise up to 10 clients independently or 15 with student analyst support.
