Ability Builders in New Port Richey, FL is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our collaborative clinical team. The role involves conducting assessments, developing individualized ABA plans, and coordinating with families and schools to support children with autism.

You will supervise clinic operations, mentor staff, maintain HIPAA-compliant records, and stay current with ABA research. A signing bonus is available after 90 days, with a monthly bonus structure and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and relevant ABA practice knowledge.
• Experience applying ABA principles to children with autism.
• Ability to conduct diagnostic-style assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and confidential handling of client data.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess behavioral needs and develop effective intervention strategies.
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles.
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families for holistic client care.
• Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavior management best practices.
• Maintain accurate HIPAA-compliant records of client progress and outcomes.
• Stay current with ABA research and advancements in the field.
• Advocate for clients within schools and community settings.
