Ability Builders in Florida is seeking a BCBA/BCaBA to join a clinic-based team that prioritizes work‑life balance and staff wellbeing. You will supervise RBTs, train caregivers, and design, implement, and monitor behavior support plans for children with autism and related developmental challenges.

Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams, conduct assessments, maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation, and provide leadership support within a structured, resource-rich clinical setting.

Qualifications

• BCBA/BCaBA certification required.
• Experience supervising RBTs and providing parent training; assessing skills for behavior support programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to promote positive behavioral changes in clients.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to support clients with developmental disabilities and autism.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
• Provide training and support to caregivers and staff on behavioral therapy strategies.
