Job summary

ABA Solutions is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to support clients across the Tampa area, including our clinic, schools, and home-based settings. You will work with a collaborative team focused on meaningful client outcomes while maintaining quality care and manageable caseloads.

We provide strong clinical support, leadership involvement in case consultations, and opportunities to mentor RBTs and practicum students for ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Interest in mentoring RBTs and developing clinicians.
• Ability to work across clinic, school, and home environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs and BCaBAs
• Analyze data regularly and adjust programming to support client progress
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and related professionals to support skill generalization
• Provide caregiver training to help families implement strategies across environments
• Maintain documentation and supervision standards required by the BACB and funding sources
