Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Texas State License (LBA) valid.
• Minimum of 1 year managing and supervising a team of 10+ staff.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Tri-care certification, a CAQH account, and BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for initial treatment and re-authorizations.
• Manage a standard caseload (120 billable hours/month) with a focus on high-quality clinical outcomes.
• Write and update treatment plans with precise documentation for clinical review.
• Lead parent meetings (in-person or telehealth) to partner with families in their child’s progress.
• Supervise and mentor a team of staff, ensuring attendance and clinical integrity.
• Provide supervision for student analyst interns in clinic and home settings.
• Conduct peer reviews to secure authorizations and advocate for client needs.
