Qualifikationen

• BCBA certification in good standing.
• Texas behavior analyst license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year supervising 10+ staff.
• Active CAQH account or ability to obtain one.
• TRICARE certification or ability to obtain.
• Clear background check.
• BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain.
• Excellent oral and written communication.

Aufgaben

• Manage a client caseload and supervise clinical staff.
• Oversee treatment planning and assessments for ABA services.
• Supervise student analysts pursuing board certification.
• Document progress and ensure program fidelity.
• Schedule and conduct parent meetings (in person or via telehealth).
• Perform initial treatment assessments and re-authorization.
