Job summary

Ability Builders in Missouri City, TX is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to manage a client caseload, supervise clinical staff, and oversee treatment planning for clients receiving ABA services.

This is a clinic-based role with one remote work day per week, emphasizing mentoring of student analysts pursuing board certification and ensuring high-quality client outcomes.

Candidates must have BCBA certification, Texas license, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Valid BCBA certification in good standing.
• Valid Texas behavior analyst license in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience managing and supervising 10+ staff.
• Active CAQH account (or ability to obtain and maintain one).
• TRICARE certification (or ability to obtain and maintain one).
• Ability to pass and maintain a clear background check.
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain and maintain one).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and remain physically active throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

• Manage a client caseload and supervise clinical staff.
• Oversee treatment planning and assessments for ABA services.
• Supervise student analysts pursuing board certification.
• Document progress and maintain required records.
• Schedule and attend parent meetings (in person or via telehealth).
• Conduct and complete assessments for initial treatment and re-authorization.
• Write treatment plans and submit for review 30 days prior to expiration.
• Conduct peer reviews for authorizations as needed.
• Perform other duties to fulfill responsibilities.
