Job summary

Empower Behavioral Health (EBH) is seeking a part-time BCBA in Texas to deliver clinic-based ABA services and supervise treatment implementation. Join a staff-driven program focused on clinical quality, treatment integrity, and family empowerment.

Responsibilities include assessments, writing individualized behavior programs, data collection, parent trainings, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Flexible 3 or 5 day schedules with an option for a work-from-home day on the 5-day model.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification required for eligibility.
• Texas licensure must be active and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinic-based ABA services to EBH patients and families.
• Supervise treatment implementation to ensure protocol fidelity.
• Conduct initial and follow-up assessments and parent questionnaires.
• Develop and write individualized behavior acquisition programs.
• Write behavior intervention plans and update plans as needed.
• Implement and supervise data collection systems.
• Provide parent/caregiver trainings on a monthly basis at minimum.
