Job summary

Mindcolor Autism in San Antonio, TX, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our clinical team. You will develop and oversee data-driven treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to deliver high-quality ABA care.

The role offers a competitive base salary of $75,000–$95,000, plus flexible scheduling with 2 remote work days per month, generous PTO, parental leave, and a strong leadership culture focused on clinician wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in ABA or a related field
• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and families
• CPR and First Aid certification or obtained within 30 days
• QBS Safety Care certification within 90 days

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized, data driven treatment plans
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs
• Analyze data and adjust goals throughout the client journey
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary providers
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive clinical culture
