Job summary

Empower Behavioral Health in El Paso, TX is seeking a part-time BCBA to provide clinic-based ABA services and supervise treatment implementation with families.

Responsibilities include assessments, writing behavior plans, data collection, trainings for parents, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Requires BCBA certification, Texas licensure, and 2+ years with autism. Flexible 3 or 5 day schedules and some work‑from‑home day options are available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification and in good standing.
• Texas BCBA licensure required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with children with autism or related disabilities.
• Ability to supervise treatment implementation in clinic settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinic-based ABA services to EBH patients and families.
• Supervise implementation of treatment and ensure protocol fidelity.
• Conduct initial and follow-up assessments and parent questionnaires.
• Develop and write individualized behavior acquisition programs.
• Perform descriptive and functional analyses as part of assessments.
• Write behavior intervention plans for target behaviors.
• Develop and update treatment plans per guidelines.
• Implement and supervise data collection systems.
• Provide behavioral support in an interdisciplinary setting.
• Report patient progress and oversee discharge planning.
• Conduct monthly parent trainings and group trainings as needed.
• Attend department and staff meetings and maintain BCBA CE credits.
• Maintain state licensure and uphold ethics and compliance.
