Job summary

Easterseals is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise ABA services in a clinic setting in Springfield, Missouri. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide clinical oversight to ensure high-quality care for children with autism and their families.

You will mentor RBTs, track progress with data, and collaborate with families and an interdisciplinary team to achieve meaningful outcomes in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification through the BACB.
• Current Missouri licensure or ability to obtain licensure.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight for ABA services delivered in our clinic.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming based on data.
• Partner with families and interdisciplinary team members to support meaningful outcomes.
• Ensure services meet funding, accreditation, and organizational standards.
