Job summary

Easterseals is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programs in our Springfield clinic. You will assess children, develop individualized plans, and oversee RBTs while collaborating with families and the interdisciplinary team to drive meaningful outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring BCBA certification, Missouri licensure (or eligibility), and strong communication and leadership skills. The role offers a clinic-based environment with professional development and growth

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification (BACB).
• Current Missouri licensure or ability to obtain licensure.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight for ABA services delivered in our clinic.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming based on data.
• Partner with families and interdisciplinary team members to support meaningful outcomes.
• Ensure services meet funding, accreditation, and organizational standards.
