Job summary

Easterseals Midwest in Springfield, MO is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee ABA services in our clinic and develop individualized treatment plans with a data-driven approach. You will mentor RBTs, collaborate with families and an interdisciplinary team, ensure compliance with funding and accreditation standards, and drive meaningful outcomes for children.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required; Missouri licensure preferred or obtainable.
• Experience with ABA services for children with autism preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities required.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and data systems.
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transport.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Current Missouri licensure (or ability to obtain licensure)
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
