Little Champs ABA in Cottonwood Heights, Utah is seeking a BCBA Center Director to lead clinical and operational activities at our Cottonwood Heights center. You will guide ABA programming, supervise staff, and drive quality care while fostering a supportive, growth-oriented culture.

This leadership role combines clinical expertise with center management, offering opportunities for professional development and impact for children and families under a collaborative leadership team.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification (board certified).
• Ability to obtain Utah licensure.
• Strong knowledge of ABA and ethical standards.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to coach and develop clinical staff.
• Collaborative, solutions-focused leadership style.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight of ABA programming.
• Supervise and mentor clinical staff including BCBAs and RBTs.
• Ensure high-quality, ethical ABA services.
• Support treatment planning and clinical decision-making.
• Partner with families to deliver excellent experiences.
• Lead staff development and performance initiatives.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and quality standards.
• Collaborate with leadership on center growth.
• Foster a positive, accountable center culture.
