Job summary

Job Juncture seeks an experienced ABA Center Director to lead our Cottonwood Heights location, overseeing clinical excellence and daily center operations.

You will supervise BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical staff, manage scheduling, and ensure staff development. This role blends clinical leadership with business management to deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services.

Strong leadership, communication, and knowledge of ABA data collection systems are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field required.
• Active BCBA certification and licensure eligibility in Utah.
• Minimum 3–5 years direct ABA therapy experience.
• 1–2 years in leadership, supervisory, or clinical director role.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, treatment planning, and data collection.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversee treatment plan development and review.
• Supervise and mentor BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and other staff.
• Oversee case reviews, treatment plan audits, and clinical quality checks.
• Ensure compliance with BACB Ethics Code and ABA best practices.
• Lead staff meetings, conferences, and ongoing training.
• Manage center operations, scheduling, and caseload assignments.
• Recruit, hire, and train clinical and administrative staff.
• Monitor staff performance and support professional development.
• Ensure licensing, HIPAA, and insurance regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data collection (e.g., Central Reach).
• Coordinate with insurers for authorizations and billing.
