Job summary

Little Champs ABA in Cottonwood Heights, Utah is seeking a BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join as Center Director. You will provide clinical leadership and oversee ABA programming at the Cottonwood Heights center, guiding a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff while promoting a culture of quality and growth.

You will supervise, mentor, and develop staff, ensure ethical ABA services, and collaborate with families to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Utah licensure.
• Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to high-quality ABA.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop clinical team members.
• Collaborative and solutions-focused leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight of ABA programming.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical staff.
• Ensure high-quality and ethical ABA services.
• Support treatment planning and clinical decision-making.
• Partner with parents/caregivers for an excellent family experience.
• Lead staff development, training, and performance initiatives.
