Job summary

Little Champs ABA in Cottonwood Heights, Utah is seeking a BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join as Center Director. You will provide clinical leadership and oversee ABA programming at the Cottonwood Heights center, guiding a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff while promoting a culture of quality and growth.

You will supervise, mentor, and develop staff, ensure ethical ABA services, and collaborate with families to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Utah licensure.
• Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to high-quality ABA.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Little Champs ABA is hiring an experienced BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our Cottonwood Heights, Utah center as a Center Director.

This is an exciting opportunity for a BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst who is ready to take on a leadership role while continuing to make a meaningful impact for children, families, and clinical teams.
