Little Champs ABA in Cottonwood Heights, Utah, seeks an experienced ABA Center Director to lead clinical and administrative operations. You will supervise BCBAs, RBTs, and staff, ensure ethical ABA practice, and maintain payer/compliance standards while driving center growth and quality care.

The role blends clinical oversight with business management, requiring strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to support families and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Utah behavior analyst licensure eligibility or current license.
• 3–5 years direct ABA therapy experience.
• 1–2 years leadership or clinical director experience.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and treatment planning.
• Experience with data collection and practice management software (e.g., Central Reach).
• Familiarity with insurance authorization and billing processes.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and review of individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and other staff.
• Conduct case reviews and clinical quality checks.
• Ensure services align with BACB Ethics Code.
• Lead team meetings, conferences, and staff training.
• Manage day-to-day center operations and scheduling.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train staff.
• Monitor staff performance and retention.
• Ensure HIPAA, licensing and payer compliance.
• Build relationships with referral sources and families.
