Job summary

Little Champs ABA is hiring a BCBA Center Director for our Cottonwood Heights, Utah center. You will provide clinical leadership, supervise BCBAs and RBTs, and ensure high-quality, ethical ABA services.

You will partner with families, lead staff development, and collaborate with leadership to grow the center, with a competitive salary and full benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and be able to obtain Utah licensure.

Responsibilities

Little Champs ABA is hiring an experienced BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our Cottonwood Heights, Utah center as a Center Director.

What You’ll Do

As our BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst Center Director, you will provide clinical and operational leadership for the Cottonwood Heights center while supporting a strong culture of quality, teamwork, and growth.
