Little Champs ABA is seeking an experienced ABA Center Director for the Cottonwood Heights location. The role combines clinical supervision with center operations to deliver high-quality care to children with autism.

The director will lead clinical staff, manage scheduling and compliance, and develop relationships with payers and families. A strong background in ABA, leadership, and regulatory knowledge is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Eligible for Utah state licensure as a behavior analyst.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for ABA center operations.
• Supervise and mentor BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs; conduct case reviews and audits.
• Ensure compliance with BACB Ethics and ABA best practices.
