Life Skills Autism Academy (a division of Centria Autism) seeks a BCBA to lead center-based ABA therapy for children under 5 in Glendale, AZ. Join a collaborative team focused on early intervention and meaningful outcomes.

You will supervise technicians, develop assent-based plans, train parents, and use data-driven decisions to drive progress within a supportive leadership structure.

Qualifikationen

• Active BCBA certification and state licensure.
• Experience in early intervention with children under 5.
• Ability to mentor technicians and collaborate with clinical leadership.

Aufgaben

• Lead ABA therapy delivery in-center.
• Provide daily supervision to Behavior Technicians.
• Develop assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA.
• Engage parents during on-site training sessions.
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through supervision and data-driven decisions.
