Job summary

Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, is seeking a BCBA for full-time, center-based ABA therapy with children under 5. Lead a clinical team, train technicians, and develop individualized plans focused on assent-based, evidence-based care.

You will engage families during on-site trainings and supervise data-driven clinical decisions to ensure quality outcomes, with strong support from leadership. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and be eligible for state credentials where required.
• Experience leading center-based ABA therapy teams and programs.
• Strong data collection and analysis skills to drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead ABA therapy delivery within a collaborative, in-center environment.
• Provide daily support and guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence.
• Develop assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles.
• Engage parents during scheduled on-site training sessions to drive meaningful progress.
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making.
