Job summary

Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, is seeking a BCBA to lead ABA therapy delivery in our in-center program for children under 5. You will supervise Behavior Technicians, develop assent-based behavior plans, and engage families in on-site training, ensuring clinical excellence with data-driven decisions.

We offer a competitive base salary of $95,000-$105,000 per year, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities and a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience leading ABA therapy teams.
• Ability to supervise and guide Behavior Technicians.
• Data-driven approach to treatment and progress monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead ABA therapy delivery in an in-center environment.
• Provide daily support and guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence.
• Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles.
• Engage parents during scheduled on-site training sessions to drive meaningful progress.
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making.
