Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Maryland or eligible.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism.
• Provide direct clinical services and coaching for parents and caregivers.
• Collaborate with psychologists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists.
• Conduct assessments to identify strengths and needs.
• Develop and implement behavioral intervention plans and monitor progress.
