Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. is seeking licensed BCBAs to provide autism treatment in clinical and home settings. The role includes supervision of technicians, development of program plans, data collection, and family training across a caseload of up to eight clients.

A Master’s in ABA and active BACB certification are required, with a learning-based culture and significant career growth opportunities within a locally owned practice.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis is required.
• Active BACB certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement one-on-one behavioral intervention programs for children with autism, including VB-MAPP, PEAK, ABLLS-R, AFLS, and data reporting.
• Provide supervision and mentoring to behavior technicians.
• Participate in ABA training and professional development opportunities.
• Conduct assessments and design treatment plans and program monitoring.
• Maintain regular caseload management and client scheduling.
