Job summary

Behavior Analysis Center for Autism (BACA) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to oversee ABA therapy for children with autism. You will lead a clinical team, mentor BTs, write reports, and conduct trainings with a focus on assent-based, person-centered care in partnership with families.

We offer extensive CEUs, a $750 annual PD stipend, and bonus opportunities up to $12k per year for full-time BCBAs, along with comprehensive benefits and LEARN Behavioral support.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in ABA or a related field.
• BCBA certification or eligibility to sit for BCBA exam within the next three months.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and supervision for your team and clients.
• Mentor and support behavior technicians (BTs) with competency-based training.
• Write reports and conduct clinical reviews with funding sources.
• Attend monthly regional meetings for ongoing training and supervision.
• Conduct regular parent/caregiver trainings for family members.
• Deliver individualized, person-centered care rooted in assent-based treatment.
