Success On The Spectrum is seeking a clinically experienced BCBA for full-time, center-based work with a Monday–Friday schedule and a 7:45am–4:15pm window. You will train and supervise behavior technicians, create individualized programs, and monitor progress while maintaining strict documentation and schedule adherence.

This role offers a path to Clinical Director at new locations, with opportunities for advancement and a strong emphasis on staff support, parent involvement, and internal

Qualifications

• Must have BACB certification and BLS/CPR certification.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to lift at least 40 pounds and be physically active.
• Caseload management and time-efficiency are required.
• In-center work schedule (Mon-Fri, 7:45am–4:15pm) with no travel for in-home visits.

Responsabilités

• Create individualized, research-based client programs.
• Analyze client progress and update programs as needed.
• Lead weekly parent training meetings and provide progress updates.
• Supervise interns and RBTs in-center and in-home.
• Participate in weekly staff meetings and quarterly trainings.
• Handle insurance pre-auth requests and billing approvals.
• Ensure safety management and adherence to schedules.
• Perform all BCBA duties and related responsibilities.
• Assist with cleaning duties and office organization.
