Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a BCBA to design and implement naturalistic ABA for young children in a center-based setting. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to develop and monitor ESDM-informed treatment plans, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families for practical support.

The role offers a hybrid schedule with onboarding and ongoing clinical leadership support to promote professional growth and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA early intervention.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team.
• Comfort with data-driven progress tracking and treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized ABA for 2–6 year olds in a center-based setting.
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, psychology, and developmental pediatrics on assessments and treatment plans.
• Use ESDM-informed strategies (training provided).
• Conduct standardized assessments, track progress, adjust plans based on data.
• Partner with families through clear guidance and compassionate communication.
• Maintain a manageable caseload focused on depth of care.
