Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a BCBA to design and implement naturalistic ABA for children aged 2–6 in a center-based setting. You will collaborate with SLPs, OTs, psychologists, and medical providers within an integrated care model and use ESDM-informed strategies.

A strong data-driven approach and family partnership are essential. The role offers on-going training, a supportive clinical leadership team, and opportunities for growth into leadership or specialized clinician tracks.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• BCBA certification must be current.
• Experience in ABA early intervention preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized ABA for ages 2–6 in center-based settings.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team on assessments and treatment plans.
• Apply ESDM-informed strategies; training provided.
• Conduct standardized assessments, track progress, and adjust plans based on data.
• Partner with families with clear guidance and practical support.
• Maintain a manageable caseload focused on depth of care.
