Job summary

Bond Health is seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA program in Baltimore, MD. The role operates primarily in a center-based preschool setting with weekday school hours and a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

The candidate must hold BCBA certification and an active Maryland LBA license, and offer strong clinical decision-making, organizational, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills.
• Experience working with children in an ABA setting is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Develop, implement, and update individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Provide clinical oversight of ABA treatment programs.
• Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs and ABA Technicians.
• Analyze client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Provide direct behavioral services when appropriate.
• Deliver parent and caregiver training to promote skill development.
