Bond Health is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA program in the Baltimore, Maryland area. Services are centered in a in-center and preschool setting during standard school hours, offering a predictable schedule and collaborative teamwork.
The BCBA will conduct FBAs, develop and oversee BIPs, supervise RBTs, train caregivers, and ensure compliant documentation while delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to children and families.

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
Develop, implement, and update individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
Provide clinical oversight of ABA treatment programs.
Supervise, mentor, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ABA Technicians.
Analyze client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
Provide direct behavioral services when appropriate.
Deliver parent and caregiver training to promote skill development across environments.
Collaborate with psychologists, physicians, educators, and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation while ensuring compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer requirements.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
Active Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license required.
Strong clinical decision-making, organizational, and communication skills.
Passion for providing compassionate, evidence-based, child-centered care.
Experience working with children in an ABA setting preferred.
Primarily weekday schedule with services provided during school hours.
