Job summary

Bond Health is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA program in the Baltimore, Maryland area. Services are centered in a in-center and preschool setting during standard school hours, offering a predictable schedule and collaborative teamwork.

The BCBA will conduct FBAs, develop and oversee BIPs, supervise RBTs, train caregivers, and ensure compliant documentation while delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to children and families.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Active Maryland LBA license is required.
• Strong clinical decision-making, organizational, and communication skills are essential.
• Passion for compassionate, child-centered care in ABA.
• Experience working with children in ABA settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Develop, implement, and update individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Provide clinical oversight of ABA treatment programs.
• Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs and ABA Technicians.
• Analyze client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Provide direct behavioral services when appropriate.
• Deliver parent and caregiver training to promote skill development.
• Collaborate with psychologists, physicians, educators, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer requirements.
