Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA in Maryland is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to conduct assessments, develop BIPs, and design, implement, and modify ABA-based treatment programs. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, monitor progress, and ensure precise data collection to guide clinical decisions.

The role emphasizes family training, interdisciplinary collaboration with physicians and educators, and ongoing professional development. A center-based schedule with flexible hours is offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Completion of BCBA supervision training.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and reassessments (FBAs and skills assessments).
• Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Design, implement, and modify ABA-based treatment programs.
• Train and supervise Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust plans to improve outcomes.
• Ensure accurate data collection for all target behaviors and objectives.
• Analyze data to guide clinical decisions and ensure effectiveness.
• Provide training and support to families and caregivers.
