Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA to design and supervise ABA programs across home, school, and community settings. You will mentor staff, supervise RBTs, and ensure high-quality services aligned with BACB ethics.

The role emphasizes evidence-based interventions, collaboration with families, and data-driven treatment adjustments to improve client outcomes and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB and a related degree.
• All roles are subject to licensure, credentialing and certification as required by local/state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement and oversee ABA programs in home, school, or community settings to prioritize behavior reduction and skill acquisition.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with BACB guidelines and PBS policies.
