Job summary

Gersh Autism seeks an energetic BCBA to coordinate, implement, and evaluate ABA services for clients on their caseload. You will design assessments, develop treatment plans, train staff and parents, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team in a school-based setting.

Located in Downtown Brooklyn, the role supports children aged 5-21 across the U.S. and Puerto Rico, with a strong emphasis on evidence-based ABA and ongoing program evaluation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst, NY state.
• Minimum 2 years' ABA experience with children with Autism.
• Experience conducting skill and behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, FBA).
• Expertise in skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
• Experience supervising BCBAs and/or RBTs preferred.
• CPR/First Aid/BLS, HIV Awareness Training, BCBA Supervision Training (8 hours).

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments and design treatment plans.
• Staff and parent training; collaborate with professionals; conduct meetings.
• Provide ongoing training for staff and community members.
• Supervise BCBA-level staff and candidates; provide feedback.
