Job summary

Vibrant ABA in New York is seeking a BCBA to oversee clinical direction and ensure ethical, high-quality treatment for children with autism. You will lead and mentor a team, set care standards, and collaborate with families to drive meaningful progress.

Responsibilities include assessment, treatment planning, data-driven Plan adjustments, and caregiver training while maintaining compliant documentation. Flexible schedules and diverse client settings support professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered BCBA Certification.
• Active New York State Licensed Behavior Analyst credential.
• Must be Medicaid credentialed in New York State.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience providing ABA services in home-based settings preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans and meaningful goals.
• Provide clinical supervision and support to RBTs/BTs through virtual and other appropriate methods.
• Monitor data and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide caregiver training and ongoing family collaboration.
• Collaborate with parents, behavioral therapists, and the clinical care team to support positive client outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance.
