Job summary

Akoya Behavioral Health is seeking a part-time BCBA to provide in-home ABA services in Holland, Michigan. You will develop tailored treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to ensure skill generalization.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing.
  • Michigan state license (or eligibility).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience supervising RBTs and delivering family-centered ABA care.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-home visits.

Responsibilities

  • Develop individualized ABA treatment plans tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct assessments and adjust programming based on client progress.
  • Provide direct supervision and ongoing training to RBTs and behavior technicians.
  • Collaborate with caregivers, families, and internal teams to support generalization of skills.
  • Analyze data and ensure high-quality care that aligns with best clinical practices.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and stay compliant with insurance and ethical guidelines.

Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop individualized ABA treatment plans tailored to client needs

  • Conduct assessments and adjust programming based on client progress

  • Provide direct supervision and ongoing training to RBTs and behavior technicians

Compensation and Schedule
  • Pay Range: Split rate pay model: $55 –$70 per billable hour $30 non billable hour

  • Scheduling Options:

    • Full-time (30–40 hours/week)

    • Part-time (15–29 hours/week)

    • Weekend and evening cases available (optional)

  • Work Environment:

    • In-home

Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications
